Wynne’s approach reflects three decades of commitment to wellness in the world of fitness. A Master ACE certified Personal Trainer and a specialist in Postural Rehabilitation and Manual Myofascial Bodywork, Wynne champions the belief that true strength starts from within.
Since joining the Trainers Club in 1998, Wynne has dedicated her life and career to helping clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their personal health goals. Her diverse clientele ranges from athletes and seniors to individuals seeking to regain fitness post-physical therapy, surgery, or after a sedentary lifestyle. By tailoring programs to meet individual needs, Wynne ensures that no two experiences are the same. Her programs aim to create a stronger, more grounded body while alleviating pain, incorporating corrective breathing exercises and postural restoration, complemented by manual myofascial bodywork to relieve deep muscle aches and Dysfunction.
Following her own hip replacement surgery, Wynne’s extensive expertise was pivotal in her swift and complete recovery. The PRI method played a crucial role in her healing process, and Wynne is committed to sharing these skills with clients who are eager to return to healthier lives.
With numerous success stories under her guidance, Wynne is confident that now is the time to introduce both loyal and prospective clients to a transformative perspective on fitness. Wynne holds an Art Therapy and Therapeutic Recreations degree from the University of Wisconsin, Lacrosse (1981) with credentials including 20 PRI seminars, Thomas Meyers’ Anatomy Trains, a 3-month pelvis health mentorship with Haley Kava, and a Level 2 RKC Kettlebell certification.
