Our mission is to provide advanced training and demonstrate deep commitment to the science of postural adaptations, asymmetry, and the influence of muscle chains on the human body, as defined by the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI). To empower clients by helping them understand their unique movement patterns and habits. To focus on the intricate relationships between posture, breathing, and movement, we aim to promote long-term success, prevent the recurrence of issues, and facilitate lasting improvements in function.
Wynne brings over 30 years of expertise in fitness and wellness, specializing in Postural Rehabilitation and Manual Myofascial Bodywork. As a Master ACE-certified Personal Trainer and PRI Practitioner, Wynne emphasizes building strength from within. With a focus on sports-specific training including golf, pickleball, tennis, baseball, running, and recovery, Wynne works with individuals of all abilities, from athletes to those recovering from surgery.
